Our new Aluminet Ultra Shade Cloth is just like our regular Aluminet, except that it has very high UV properties. Aluminet is a high-quality, reflective shade cloth that is perfect for greenhouses and vegetables, as well as creating shade for you and your friends.

Aluminet is our most popular shade cloth, and we offer the best prices on the web. Available in 50%, or 70% shade. This reflective shade cloth can be used on the outside of a greenhouse structure as well as inside. This material is also used by many who set up tents at festivals (such as Burning Man) and also those who set up tents at Arts and Crafts Festivals.

Aluminet shade cloth uses

ALUMINET shade cloth thermal screens offer superior year-round climatic protection for flowers, potted plants andALUMINET shade cloth vegetables. ALUMINET shade cloth acts like a mirror as its unique aluminized screens reflect unwanted sunlight and harmful radiation heat from the greenhouse during summer, and preserve the heat inside the greenhouse in winter. When used as a retractable curtain on the inside of the greenhouse, ALUMINET shade cloth reflects out the unwanted radiation and heat during the day. During cooler temperatures, it preserves the heat inside the greenhouse. The open structure of the screen creates a cooler climate, making it excellent for use in humidity conditions.

Aluminet shade cloth - Shades and Cools... Due to the superior reflect ability and light weight of ALUMINET shade cloth , it is the perfect cloth to cover the outside of a greenhouse instead of standard black shade cloth. In addition to providing all of the benefits of standard shade cloth, IT DOES NOT ABSORB THE HEAT. Its dual functionality both shades and COOLS the greenhouse. Much lighter in weight than standard shade cloth, ALUMINET shade cloth is easy and quick to install.

ALUMINET shade cloth is also used as a direct covering over vegetable crops. The aluminized screens not onlyAluminet Shade Cloth provide shade, but also protect against frost. Under actual field conditions, crops covered with black shade cloth during frost conditions, were totally damaged, while crops covered with ALUMINET shade cloth had no damage whatsoever.

ALUMINET shade cloth is a special knitted screen made from metalized HDPE. The fibers are produced from mono-oriented HDPE, giving the fiber durability and longevity. After an aluminum metallization process, the films are covered with a special anti-oxidation coating. The net is knitted into a precise uniform texture. The net meets the ASTM-D 3887 standard.

How to Order Taping:

- Type total perimeter feet for Quantity.
- You may use additional Instructions box to clarify your order.
Ex: Taping on long sides.

How to Order Brass Grommets:
- Select Add to Cart.
- Type total number of grommets you want.
- You may use additional instructions box to clarify your order.
Ex: If you want grommets every foot, you would use the total perimeter, plus 1. If you wanted the grommets every two feet, you would use half your total perimeter, plus 1.
