I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased I am with the personal service that Gothic Arch offers.

In this day and age of automated ordering, phone trees, and the Internet, it is truly a joy and a pleasure to be able to actually get a "real" person answering the phone. As happy as I am about the real person, I'm even happier when they are friendly, knowable, patient and helpful. Nicole was all of those things.
