My order to your company was difficult to process due to the fact I changed the order twice. Both times I spoke to Tasha. Your company has a jewel of an employee in her. I have a customer service department and know good customer service when I receive it. She is great. Very knowledgeable, helpful and at no time made me feel I was requesting a higher level of service than could be justified by one small order for 10 X 14 shade cloth. I want to thank her for her friendly and patient service.
